This sales aid shows one creative way Belzona can be used to repair a damaged cable sheath and the elastomer products castability, this has been done using a 3D printed injection mould, the mould has been designed to the cables OD and printed out in a matter of hours, this is then coated internally with Belzona release agent and the Belzona fluid grade elastomer material is mixed and transferred to a standard injection cartridge then injected into the 3D printed mould and allowed to cure, once the mould is removed the repair is complete.
